Wasn't gonna go, but Lupe said she would go with me so we squeezed it in the day before Halloween. Glad we made it!  Love you Lombardi Ranch!!

I was asked to MC a premier of a musical at the Shrine on Saturday.  I couldn't have done it if Kim hadn't gone with me and took care of Laney.  It was fun!

Got to spend the day catching up on being back in the real world.  YUCK!
We had our awesome neighbors over for dinner.  We are so LUCKY that we live next to such amazing people.  We knew the immediate neighbors to our left.  The Smudde's.  That made moving here really easy.  We knew of our neighbors to the right.  The Bjorkman's.  Getting to know them has been fun!  Their boys are really great boys.  They took care of Alice while we were gone and did a better job than I do.  :)  The boys across the street are super cool.  And have the prettiest houses on the street.  Then there is The Redmond's, great people and the Moore's...  Janet Moore is one of my new favorite people.  Sooo funny.  We have a couple, the Scheffield's, that moved from our old ward to a house around the corner.  And we are recruiting another family, the Neiderhauser's to move next door to them.  They want to bad, just trying to make it work.  We of course are trying to get Kim and Matt down here.  I know they will be eventually.  I also met the lady behind me and she was really nice.  Has a horse for sale.  ???  Needless to say we have only been here like 7 months and it is such a wonderful feeling that we know and love all of our neighbors already.  It makes it feel like it was really meant to be.

The light was "golden" so we had a little photo shoot on the beach... Too cute to not share.  

Mexico in conclusion...

All good things must come to an end.  We spent the last day by the pool and pigged out on our mexican food one last time!  We actually got a great family shot of all of us!  Thanks to a newlywed who was willing to snap a few pics.  

We love our home away from home and can't wait to come back!  Oh and there is a small correction to one of my earlier posts.  The tropical storm was actually a hurricane :) NO wonder why they wouldn't let us swim during it!

Mexico part 5

We let the kids swim with the dolphins here in San Jose Del Cabo.  It was great!  Of course you can't take any pictures and I didn't love the ones that they took, so this is all I got.  Halle was so brave!  They all had a blast!

We spent the afternoon at Puffer beach.  Halle swam in the ocean like a true champ!  Then we headed to The Hangman for dinner.  Now we are watching the last of the Narnia movies and playing UNO.

Mexico part 2

Today it rained, ALL DAY~ a first for us.  So here I am catching up on my blog.  We also sat down with the folks at Diamond (the new owners of this place) to see what it meant for our ownership.  And four hours later, we converted and have more points.  :) LOL~

I took a nap with Halle and Laney and it felt GREAT!  Hopefully the weather will be better soon!

Happy birthday too to my dear grandma!  86.  I love you!!!!

I stopped on the side of the road to look at this amazing rainbow.  I wasn't the only one... about 7 other cars found it just as beautiful!  It was not one but two full rainbows.  Right over our canyon!!

On a cold day...

We had one cold day and I got to dress Laney in her cute owl hat and boots....
